ISO 41001 Facility Management System

What is ISO 41001?

ISO 41001:2018 is an international standard similar to other management system standards and it is a most recent published standard by International Organization for Standardization (ISO). It specifies the requirements for facilities management systems. It takes a seat within a family of facilities management standards that are being developed by the ISO to reflect the growing importance of the sector in the global market and to develop a common understanding of the role. This standard can be applied to any organisation, large or small, in all industrial, commercial, public and service sectors. It can also be integrated with ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, ISO 55001 Asset Management and ISO 50001 Energy Management, which all share a similar language and structure.
