IMS Certification (IMS) started its operations in 2006 in United Arab Emirates under the patronage of Dubai Airport Free Zone Authority (DAFZA) with the aim of delivering tremendous services in the Middle East (GCC) and Africa Region to help customers meet the globally rising challenges of Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, Energy, Business Continuity, Information Security and its accountabilities.

The Management of IMS Certification firmly believes that the Company has a ‘Corporate Social Responsibility’ to its Staff, Stakeholders, Environment and the Communities within which it operates.

This Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Statement underpins the various related policies and procedures defined by our company.

A copy of our CSR Statement is available to all our staff and is included within the IMS Company Policy Manual, which Management periodically, reviews and updates.

These moralities relay to confirming: independence; proficiency; accountability; honesty; privacy and complaint resolution within the offered services processes and products. We ensure that conflicts of interest are evaded, managed and objectivity of IMS Certification Services actions is sustained.

We at IMS Certification oblige to guarantee compliance of our services processes and products with necessities of international and national standards for conformity assessment, as applicable to the certification program.
